Casey grew up with a wordsmith for a writer for a mother and an artist for a father. Casey says, "I knew I was headed for a life of language or visual media, and I suppose I've chosen both."

Casey graduated from NEIT with a degree in Multimedia Technology, and in 2000, made permanent what had begun as an internship at Tolman. Casey is now in charge of project management and organization, information architecture and ColdFusion programming. She became a partner in 2004.

Casey is the mother of a preofessorial eight-year old son and enjoys kayaking, camping, travelling and Reggae Music.
